REFUND POLICY:
1. EasyLaw Credits
1.1 Credits purchased from Ezlaw International Sdn Bhd, also known as EasyLaw credits, act as a refundable security deposit to maintain an active account. These credits are required to keep your account operational. If you wish to withdraw from the service, the unused EasyLaw credits are fully refundable.
1.2 If you would like to request a refund of your EasyLaw credits, please send an email to hello@easylaw.com.my. Our team will review your request and process the refund following our policy.
1.3 There is no expiry date on the credit.
2. Land Search
2.1 Full credit refund may only be provided where the land search submission has not been processed by Ezlaw International Sdn Bhd. Ezlaw International Sdn Bhd retains the right at its discretion to determine if the land search is entitled to a full refund.
2.2 Partial credit refund is available only for Land Office Disbursement which is a sum of fee payable to the respective land office. For all states, we will refund land office disbursements into your EasyLaw account if the land search is Tak Wujud / Batal provided you have replied to our email within 7 days from the date of receiving the email from Ezlaw International Sdn Bhd notifying the status of the ‘Tak Wujud’ or ‘Batal’ land search. No refund is provided if there is no reply within 7 days.
3. EasyLaw Service Charges
3.1 EasyLaw Service Charges are non-refundable by cash and no credit refund if the land search has been processed by Ezlaw International Sdn Bhd. Customers shall be responsible for ensuring that the data provided in the land search form prior to submission of the land search is accurate.
3.2 Ezlaw International Sdn Bhd shall not be liable for any invalid land search result when the land search is conducted based on the information submitted by customers through the Ezlaw International Sdn Bhd website or/and any application (including mobile).
4. Promotional Credits
4.1 Promotional credits provided by Ezlaw International Sdn Bhd, including but not limited to free land search credits and land search bulk order discount credits, are non-refundable and cannot be converted into cash. These credits are intended solely for promotional use.
4.2 If customer elects to withdraw your remaining balance from your EasyLaw account, Ezlaw International Sdn Bhd will automatically deduct any promotional credits from your total credit balance. Only the remaining refundable EasyLaw credits will be eligible for a refund.
4.3 Promotional credits must be utilized within a three (3) months period from the date of issuance. After this period, any unused promotional credits will expire and will no longer be available for use.
5. Malaysia Sales & Service Tax (SST)
5.1 Malaysia Sales & Service Tax (SST) is only applicable for EasyLaw Service Charge and Courier & Handling Fees. Land Office Disbursement is not applicable for SST.
5.2 Malaysia Sales & Service Tax (SST) is strictly non-refundable in any form such as cash, EasyLaw credit and etc.
6. Disclaimer
6.1 Ezlaw International Sdn Bhd reserves the right to make changes to our pricing, policy, and any other amendment at Ezlaw International Sdn Bhd's sole discretion without prior notice. Notice may be given in the Announcement Board.
